Report dysfunctions
Use the ticket manager at this address ( tab -> « Report a bug »).
You have to register first.
Note : Thank you to write one ticket per problem and make an accurate description of the incident specifying your operating system.
To help us resolve the bug, you can attach to your ticket :

The log.txt file: To find it, press the button (the one with the insect on) at the bottom of the panel "settings".
By default, in C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\IMAGES_ACTIVES - The .xia file if you have saved your work.
- The .swf file if it was generated.

For the computer specialists :
in the directory images_actives\temp, copy the newest iaxxxxxxxx and save it somewhere.
